Maintenance Program
With our Comfort Club Maintenance Program, we provide assurance of reliable air conditioning and heating equipment performance. Twice a year, we conduct preventative maintenance to clean your system and replace any worn or damaged parts. By regularly evaluating your equipment and completing basic maintenance, we can prevent problems before they arise and extend the life of your system.

If you join our Comfort Club, we will keep records of all the work we perform on your equipment. Using this data, we can advise you of possible problems that may arise in the future and suggest improvements to enhance the performance of your heating and cooling system. In addition, since every business is different, we would be happy to customize a maintenance plan that better suits your business’s needs.
Perks Of The Program
Once you sign up for our Comfort Club Maintenance Program, you will receive two visits from Long Heating And Cooling each year: one in summer/spring and one in fall/winter. We complete the following maintenance tasks during those bi-yearly visits:

Accessories
In addition to the seasonal maintenance listed above, we will service all of your accessories at a discounted rate. We provide the following accessory services:
- Humidifier pad change (needed once a year)
- Healthy Climate Filter change (needed once a year)
- Healthy Climate Catalyst change (needed once every two years)
- Healthy Climate PureAir UV Bulb change (needed once a year)
